Waacking is a dance born within club culture, closely tied to disco and funk music, where musicality, expression and interpretation play a fundamental role.
It is characterised especially by its arm technique, its lines, poses and different ways of playing with the music and expression.
At Future we work on Waacking from its foundations and context, developing technique, coordination, musicality, freestyle and presence. We seek to understand its tools in order to use them freely and find our own way of expressing ourselves through movement.
It is a style that invites you to show yourself, take up space and dance with intention. Through its character and expressiveness, we also work on the confidence, presence and personality of each dancer, so that the tools of Waacking become part not just of your movement, but also of how you choose to express it.
